Comprehensive communications strategy and tactical implementation for turn-around of global network of financial services providers focused on serving women.

Responsibilities:

  • P  Create communications strategy, workplan and budget and obtain approvals from governing board in order to reposition Global Banking Alliance for Women as major player among financial services providers focused on woman-owned small and medium enterprises, woman investors, and woman consumers of financial services.
  • P  Design and roll out strategic communications about new CEO.
  • P  Complete brand overhaul including sourcing and roll out of new logo and branding guidelines.
  • P  Internal communications strategy, including redesign of quarterly, text-heavy newsletter to be “shorter, faster, sooner” monthly bulletin, resulting in tripled readership.
  • P  Overhaul of public-facing site and launch of The Vault, members-only password-protected site, increasing site traffic and click-throughs by factor of more than 10.
  • P  Speeches and presentations for CEO and board chairman.
  • P  Concept, design, and production for animated eCard and infographic in honor of International Women’s Day.
  • P  Managing editor for Alliance’s first-ever full-length technical publication, Winning Women’s Wealth (working title), September 2013.
  • P  Communications management for 2013 Annual Membership Summit.
