Project: Comprehensive Communications Strategy for Afghanistan’s National Association of Credit Unions
(on site, Kabul, August – September 2012)
Responsibilities:
- P Consult with multiple stakeholders (Chemonics [lead contractor], USAID [contracting entity], World Council of Credit Unions [legacy grantee], and The IIFC Group [actual end client, the national association of Afghanistan’s credit unions] ) to determine project goals and obtain buy-in.
- P Conduct ongoing extensive discovery interviews among all stakeholders plus external players (other national associations, Afghan government officials) to understand operating environment and context.
- P Produce comprehensive three-year communications strategy.
- P Produce detailed 12-month tactical plan.
- P Produce corporate fact sheets, branding guidelines, presentations and speeches.
